Blues and Greens are carefully selected, shaded, fused and manipulated with a vibrant Cranberry glass chosen as a dramatic accent. Description: 13" X 15" Price: $525 Chaos An experiment in vibrant colors, "Chaos" is a dominating serving platter that will command attention at table or as a decoration. Yellow, red and orange glass is fused and manipulated to create the random patterns. Then the piece is shaped into a platter in a custom oval mold. Description: 14" oval Price: $395 Creation, Day Five On the fifth day, the animals and birds were created, including the birds and butterflies on this platter. Designed to take advantage of color and form, this piece is fused and combed glass with lots of playful imagery. Formed into a serving platter in a custom mold, "Creation" will command attention in any setting but is a wonderful serving piece. Description: 14" Round Price:$475 Emerging "Emerging" is a crucible pour where colored glass is melted and allowed to gather in various designs. This process always surprises, and "Emerging" doesn't disappoint. The illusion is a primordial form emerging from the background. What is the form? Well, that's part of the "Emerging" challenge because it's different for every person. Description: 13" Round Price: $450 Northern Lights This piece is the result of a new, experimental process of adding borders and truly took on a life of it's own. The colored glass is fused and manipulated, cooled, polished and the borders added. The stand is a unique hand made, integral part of the piece which adds to it's definitive appeal. Description: 15" Round Price: $575 Opening "Opening" gives the illusion of the opening of a cavern with stalactites framing a central color. Created by pouring glass over stainless steel shapes, "Opening" went it's own direction and became a wonderfully unique piece of decorative art unlike anything you will ever see anywhere. Description: 13" Round Price: $450 Solitude "Solitude" is a combed and fused piece using softer colors which tend to glow when the sun is behind it. The glass pieces were set up and fired at 1700 degrees. At that temperature the glass is manipulated with steel tools. Once cool the center part is cleaned and polished, then fused to the border piece. Description: 15" with stand Price: $595 Rice Bowl A crucible pour gone wild. After creating the inner disc, large borders were added with pattern bar overlays which pick up the central colors and make the transition towards the outer edges. This is a large bowl suitable for any table where attention to detail and beauty of presentation is important. The double picks up the central colors and functions as a frame around an unusual piece of free standing art.
