Dark Moon
This is a new style piece using a crucible poured disc and fused glass
border. Colored glass is heated to 1700 degrees and allowed to drip
into a containment vessel. As it drips, it creates the wonderful swirls
and patterns you see here. After cooling, the edges are polished by
heating it to 1500 degrees. then it's ready to have it's edges fuse on.
